• Position: Executive Legal Counsel – Compliance
• Location: Mumbai
• Experience Required: 8–12 Years
• Qualification: LL.B. (Bachelor’s Degree in Law) from a recognized institution
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compliance and regulatory advisory across business functions
• Develop and strengthen corporate governance frameworks
• Lead Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) compliance initiatives
• Conduct internal investigations and recommend corrective actions
• Manage third-party due diligence and compliance assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures
• Support enterprise-wide risk management and ethics programs
• Promote a culture of transparency, integrity, and ethical decision-making
