Ajit Kakkar & Associates is inviting applications from Final Year Law Students and Law Graduates for a litigation internship at its New Delhi office. This internship offers hands-on exposure to live litigation matters with a primary focus on Military and Service Law, while also covering Matrimonial & Family Law. Interns will gain practical courtroom experience, drafting skills, and legal research exposure under the guidance of experienced litigation professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in live litigation matters before various courts and tribunals
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis
• Draft petitions, writs, legal notices, replies, execution applications, and other pleadings
• Assist in case preparation, briefing, and documentation
• Support day-to-day litigation and case management activities
• Observe and understand court procedures and professional legal practice

• Case preparation, legal briefing, and litigation strategy
