Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage complex commercial and civil litigation matters
• Provide strategic legal advice on litigation risks and dispute resolution

• Develop litigation strategies and oversee case management
• Manage regulatory, compliance, and legal risk issues arising from disputes
• Represent the company’s legal interests in high-stakes matters
