Key Responsibilities:
• Provide corporate legal advisory services to clients
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements and contracts
• Prepare briefing notes, legal opinions, and advisory documents
• Assist in pre-dispute strategy and dispute resolution matters
• Draft legal notices, responses, and dispute-related documentation
• Conduct legal research and support client matters

Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution

• High level of diligence, professionalism, and commitment
• Freshers are not eligible for this role
• Candidates based in Ahmedabad will be preferred
