Internship Description:
NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications for an Assessment Internship at its New Delhi office. This internship offers law students and young legal professionals a unique opportunity to gain practical exposure to high-stakes legal matters involving individuals, corporations, and government entities. Interns will work closely with experienced legal professionals and gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, court proceedings, and client interactions.

Details:
• Position: Assessment Intern
• Organization: NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors
• Location: New Delhi (In-Office)
• Commencement: July 2026
• Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on performance and organizational requirements)
• Number of Positions: 1 Slot
• Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Important Stipend Condition:
• Stipend will be paid only upon successful completion of the assessment period
• No stipend shall be payable in case of early termination, discontinuation, or failure to satisfactorily complete the assessment period

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research on assigned matters
• Assist in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and submissions
• Support lawyers in ongoing litigation and advisory matters
• Attend and observe court proceedings where applicable
• Assist with client-related work and case preparation
• Contribute to legal analysis and case strategy discussions

Eligibility & Preference:
• Law students or recent law graduates with strong academic credentials
• Prior knowledge of or internship experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters will be preferred
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Punctual, disciplined, and committed approach to work
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
