A leading organization is inviting applications for the position of Associate L2 / Team Lead – Legal. This role is ideal for legal professionals with experience in contract review, redlining, vetting, and in-house legal advisory, seeking exposure to a diverse range of commercial and technology-related agreements.
Details:
• Position: Associate L2 / Team Lead – Legal
• Location: Noida
• Shift Timing: 12 PM – 9 PM
• Qualification: LL.B.
• Experience Required: 3–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Reviewing, redlining, and vetting a variety of contracts and agreements
• Conducting NDA reviews with a focus on confidentiality and risk management
• Analyzing legal terms and identifying potential legal risks
• Suggesting revisions and risk mitigation measures
• Providing in-house legal counsel support on day-to-day legal matters
• Supporting legal compliance and contract management functions
Types of Agreements Handled:
• IT Contracts (Software, Hardware, Licensing)
• Commercial Agreements
• Procurement Contracts
• IT Service Agreements
• Software License & Maintenance Agreements
• Transfer Agreements
• Vendor / Supplier Agreements
• Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Other Corporate and Operational Agreements
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• 3–8 years of experience in contract review and legal advisory roles
• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Ability to identify legal risks and provide practical solutions
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities
