• Position: Banking & Finance Lawyer

• Practice Area: Banking & Finance
• Eligible Batches: 2020, 2021, and 2022 Graduates
Key Responsibilities:
• Advising on banking and finance transactions
• Assisting with project finance and infrastructure matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating finance-related documentation
• Conducting legal due diligence and transaction support
• Supporting clients on lending, borrowing, and regulatory compliance matters
• Coordinating with stakeholders throughout transaction processes
Eligibility & Preference:
• Law graduates from the 2020, 2021, or 2022 batches
• Interest or experience in Banking & Finance law
• Exposure to project finance, infrastructure, or NBFC matters preferred
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client-management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced transactional environment
