The firm is seeking motivated legal professionals interested in litigation practice, particularly in matters relating to Section 138 cases and money recovery disputes. Key Responsibilities:
• Handling litigation matters related to cheque dishonour and recovery proceedings
• Drafting pleadings, complaints, applications, notices, and legal submissions
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Assisting in court appearances and litigation strategy
• Managing case files and legal documentation
• Coordinating with clients and stakeholders regarding ongoing matters
• Supporting dispute resolution and recovery proceedings
Eligibility & Preference:
• Law graduates with an interest in litigation practice
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Good analytical and communication abilities
• Experience in Section 138 and recovery matters will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage legal assignments effectively
