Legalics Law Offices is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate to join its Dispute Resolution Practice. This opportunity is ideal for experienced litigators seeking exposure to civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation, and appearances before a wide range of judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting pleadings, petitions, appeals, applications, legal notices, legal opinions, affidavits, and written submissions
• Independently handling civil and commercial disputes
• Managing arbitration proceedings and mediation matters
• Conducting legal research and advising clients on dispute resolution strategies
• Appearing before and managing matters across various courts and tribunals
• Coordinating with clients, counsels, and court officials
• Developing litigation strategies and supporting case management

• Civil Courts
• Commercial Courts
• Arbitral Tribunals
• Consumer Commissions
• National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
• National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
• High Courts
• Supreme Court of India

Eligibility & Preference:
• Minimum 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Civil & Commercial Litigation
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Experience handling matters independently
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities
• Strong understanding of dispute resolution processes
