Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and legal opinions
• Representing clients before courts and relevant forums
• Managing client relationships and providing legal advisory services
• Assisting in litigation strategy and case management
Eligibility & Preference:
• 5–8 years of experience in civil and criminal litigation
• Strong advocacy and drafting skills
• Client management experience
• Working knowledge of Marathi is essential
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
