• Experience in Housing Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) matters
• Experience in preparation of Legal Reports
• Exposure to title verification and legal due diligence processes preferred
• Prior experience with:
- Law Firms
- Housing Finance Companies (HFCs)
- NBFCs
- Banks
• Experience in non-litigation legal work
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
