A leading technology organization is inviting applications for the position of Legal Consultant. • Position: Legal Consultant
• Location: Sector 90, Noida (Work from Office)
• Experience Required: 3–5 Years
• Industry: IT, SaaS & Technology
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor/client agreements
• Ensuring compliance with corporate, labour, and regulatory requirements
• Providing legal guidance on IT services, software licensing, data privacy, and intellectual property matters
• Handling legal notices, disputes, and coordinating with external legal counsel
• Conducting legal risk assessments and supporting audits, due diligence, and corporate documentation
• Advising stakeholders on legal and regulatory developments impacting the business
Eligibility & Preference:
• LLB Degree from a recognized institution
• 3–5 years of corporate legal experience
• Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance, labour laws, and corporate laws
• Understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Data Privacy, and IT-related legal frameworks
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Technology, or Software Development companies
• Exposure to GDPR, international contracts, and software licensing agreements
• Experience handling technology-focused legal and compliance matters
