Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis
• Drafting pleadings, legal opinions, notices, and submissions
• Assisting in litigation and advisory matters across the firm’s practice areas
• Supporting case preparation and client representation
• Monitoring legal developments and regulatory updates
• Assisting in strategy formulation for litigation and advisory assignments
Eligibility & Preference:
• LLB Degree from a recognized institution
• Must be AIBE Qualified
• 0–3 Years of relevant experience
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Interest in taxation, FEMA, constitutional law, and allied areas
• Only candidates currently residing in Kolkata are eligible to apply
