Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research across various areas of law
• Draft agreements, notices, legal opinions, applications, and other legal documents
• Review contracts and commercial documentation
• Draft letters, emails, and business communications
• Assist with compliance, documentation, and administrative legal functions
• Support legal and commercial operations across multiple business sectors
Eligibility & Preference:
• Law students (preferably in later years of study) or recent law graduates
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Familiarity with online legal research databases preferred
• Interest in commercial, real estate, and corporate legal work
