Key Responsibilities:
• Independently handle the firm’s litigation portfolio
• Appear before courts and manage case proceedings
• Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents
• Handle civil litigation matters
• Assist in MSME-related disputes and proceedings
• Work on FDA-related cases and regulatory matters
• Develop case strategies and ensure timely matter management
• Interact with clients and coordinate legal proceedings effectively
Eligibility & Preference:
• Strong litigation and drafting skills
• Ability to independently handle legal matters and court appearances
• Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach
• Confidence in client interactions and courtroom proceedings
• Strong organizational and case management abilities
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Nashik
