Key Responsibilities:
• Handle litigation and arbitration matters across various forums
• Draft pleadings, applications, petitions, submissions, and legal opinions
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Assist in dispute resolution strategy and case management
• Represent and coordinate matters before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums
• Liaise with clients, counsels, and stakeholders
• Manage multiple matters while ensuring compliance with procedural requirements
Eligibility & Preference:
• Advocates with 1–10 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
