Shrivastava Law Associates is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate at its New Delhi office. The firm is looking for motivated legal professionals with strong litigation experience, drafting expertise, and the ability to independently manage matters before courts and tribunals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft pleadings, applications, submissions, and legal documents
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and case analysis
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and other judicial forums
• Manage litigation matters independently from inception to disposal
• Assist in litigation strategy and dispute resolution matters
• Coordinate with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders
• Ensure timely handling of court filings and procedural requirements
Eligibility & Preference:
• 3–4 years of post-qualification litigation experience
• Excellent command of English and strong drafting skills
• Sound understanding of civil and commercial litigation procedures
• Enrolled with the Bar Council and in good standing
• Strong analytical, research, and advocacy abilities
• Ability to handle matters independently and efficiently
