Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of real estate, property, contract, and corporate laws preferred
• Ability to manage legal matters independently and efficiently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
