Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, opinions, and commercial agreements
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders
• Handle trademark and copyright-related matters
• Assist with commercial contracts and corporate advisory work
• Support regulatory compliance and transaction-related matters
• Work on legal issues concerning foreign companies operating in India
Eligibility & Preference:
• Strong academic record
• Ability to take ownership of assigned work and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and grow with the firm
• Interest in advising foreign companies doing business in India
• Prior experience in IPR, Corporate & Commercial Law, Contracts, or Compliance preferred
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
