Job Description:
Remfry & Sagar, one of India’s premier Intellectual Property law firms, is inviting applications for its Patent Prosecution Department in the Electronics & Communication / Computer Science / IT domain. The firm is seeking professionals with prior patent prosecution experience and strong technical expertise to work on patent drafting, prosecution, and Patent Office proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle First Examination Reports (FERs) and subsequent examination reports
• Draft and file responses to FERs/SERs
• Attend and represent matters during Patent Office hearings
• Analyze and understand complex inventions and technologies
• Assist in patent prosecution and portfolio management activities
• Conduct technical and legal assessments related to patent applications
Eligibility & Preference:
• Graduation/Post Graduation in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines
• 1–3 years of experience in Patent Prosecution
• Experience handling FERs, SERs, and Patent Office hearings
• Strong technical understanding and ability to quickly grasp inventions
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Interest in Intellectual Property and Patent Law
