
About the Call for Papers:
The NUJS Law Review invites submissions for its upcoming Special Issue titled “A Decade of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016: Stocktaking, Reforms and the Road Ahead.” The special issue seeks to facilitate scholarly discussion on the evolution of India’s insolvency regime, assess the impact of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), and explore future reforms and challenges in the insolvency and restructuring landscape.
Theme:
A Decade of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016: Stocktaking, Reforms and the Road Ahead
Submission Categories:
• Articles: 6,000 – 30,000 words
• Commentaries: 5,000 – 20,000 words
• Notes/Essays: 4,000 – 6,000 words
Submission Guidelines:
• An abstract of not more than 300 words must be included
• The manuscript, including citations and footnotes, must conform to the 2nd NUJS Law Review Citation and Style Sheet
• Submissions must be original and unpublished work of the author(s)
