Competition Description:
The Centre for Advanced Research on Corporate and Insolvency Laws (CARCIL), Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), has announced the CIRP Simulation Competition as part of the CARCIL National Corporate Fest 2026. The competition provides participants with an opportunity to engage in strategic decision-making, negotiation, and resolution planning under India’s insolvency framework.

Inspired by the Hindu Trimurti—Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh—the competition explores the different stages and outcomes of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), challenging participants to assess financial distress, balance stakeholder interests, and determine the most viable path forward for a distressed enterprise.
