Job Description:
Vaish Associates Advocates is inviting applications for its Insolvency Team in Delhi. The firm is seeking experienced lawyers with a strong background in insolvency litigation and restructuring matters, particularly before the Supreme Court, NCLAT, and NCLTs. Preference will be given to candidates with experience advising and representing Resolution Professionals, banks, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle insolvency and bankruptcy litigation matters before the Supreme Court, NCLAT, and NCLTs
• Advise clients on insolvency resolution and restructuring processes
• Draft pleadings, applications, legal opinions, and submissions
• Represent and assist Resolution Professionals, banks, and financial institutions in insolvency proceedings
• Conduct legal research and case analysis on insolvency-related matters
• Support clients through various stages of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and related proceedings
Eligibility & Preference:
• 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in insolvency litigation
• Experience appearing before the Supreme Court, NCLAT, and NCLTs
• Prior experience advising or representing Resolution Professionals, banks, and financial institutions preferred
• Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills
• Sound understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and related regulations
• Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively within a team
