ProSquad Legal (PSL) is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity offering hands-on exposure to contract drafting and vetting, corporate and commercial disputes, and legal writing. The role is ideal for candidates seeking practical experience in corporate and commercial law within a professional legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and vet contracts and legal documents
• Assist in corporate and commercial dispute matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare legal opinions, notes, and written submissions
• Support legal writing and documentation processes
• Collaborate with the legal team on client matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• 1–2 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Prior experience in corporate and commercial laws preferred
• Attention to detail and professional communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment
