Job Description:
Pant & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Trademark Prosecution for a US-based client. This is a remote opportunity for dual-qualified lawyers licensed to practice in both India and the United States. The role primarily involves reviewing trademark applications and handling end-to-end trademark prosecution matters, offering valuable exposure to US trademark law and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review trademark applications
• Handle end-to-end trademark prosecution matters
• Conduct trademark-related legal analysis and documentation
• Support filing and prosecution processes under US trademark law
• Work with international clients and stakeholders
• Ensure timely management of trademark portfolios and deadlines
Eligibility & Preference:
• Dual-qualified lawyer licensed to practice in both India and the USA (any State)
• Based anywhere in India
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years PQE may apply
• Strong interest in Intellectual Property and Trademark Law
• Ability to work during US business hours
• Good legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
