Maximus Legal®, led by an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for its Virtual Internship Program for the months of July and August 2026. The internship offers law students an opportunity to gain exposure across diverse practice areas, including litigation, corporate law, intellectual property, insolvency, and trademark prosecution through virtual legal training and research assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis
• Assist in drafting legal documents and opinions
• Support litigation and dispute resolution matters
• Work on corporate and commercial law assignments
• Assist in intellectual property and trademark-related matters
• Participate in legal writing and documentation tasks
Eligibility Criteria:
• Students in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated law program
• Students in the 2nd year or above of a 3-year LL.B. program
• Strong legal research and drafting skills preferred
• Interest in litigation, corporate law, IPR, or insolvency law
