Job Description:
Infojini Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Legal Executive. The role is suited for legal professionals with experience in non-litigation and corporate legal functions, particularly those with exposure to IT services, consulting, SaaS businesses, and international contractual matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
• Support legal and compliance functions across business operations
• Review client, vendor, and service agreements
• Assist in managing legal risks and contractual obligations
• Provide legal support on corporate and operational matters
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on legal documentation and compliance requirements
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification
• 1–4 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience with IT services, consulting, or SaaS-based companies preferred
• Exposure to international contracts, particularly US and global clients
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
