Pant & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Trademark Prosecution for a US-based client. This opportunity is ideal for dual-qualified lawyers licensed to practice in both India and the United States who are looking to build expertise in US trademark law and work with international clients.

• Experience: Fresh Graduates to 2 Years PQE
• Work Hours: US Business Hours
Key Responsibilities:
• Review trademark applications
• Handle end-to-end trademark prosecution matters
• Conduct legal analysis related to trademark filings and registrations
• Assist in managing trademark portfolios and prosecution strategies
• Coordinate with international clients on trademark-related matters
• Ensure timely compliance with trademark filing requirements
Eligibility & Preference:
• Must be licensed to practice law in both India and the United States (any state)
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of PQE may apply
• Strong interest in US Trademark Law and Intellectual Property
• Good legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Ability to work during US business hours
• Strong communication and client-handling abilities
