Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review corporate legal documents and contracts
• Handle compliance, regulatory filings, and legal processes
• Review vendor, customer, employment, and partnership agreements
• Conduct legal risk assessments and support corporate governance initiatives
• Coordinate with external legal counsels
• Assist with business expansion and strategic legal projects
