Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on banking and finance transactions
• Handle end-to-end debt financing matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing and security documents
• Conduct legal due diligence and transaction support
• Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, and stakeholders throughout transactions
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in financing deals
Eligibility & Requirements:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• Minimum 4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Prior law firm experience is mandatory
• Strong exposure to banking and finance transactions
• Experience in debt financing and related documentation
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage transactions independently
