About the Opportunity:
Devina Das, Founding Partner at That Unconventional Lawyer LLP, is looking to onboard legal professionals on a freelance basis to support the firm’s growing international legal practice. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and researching US and cross-border commercial contracts for clients across multiple jurisdictions.
Position Details:
• Role: Freelance Legal Professional
• Mode: Remote / Freelance
• Experience: Open to recent graduates and experienced professionals
• Focus Area: US & Cross-Border Contracts
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review US and cross-border commercial contracts
• Conduct legal research across relevant jurisdictions
• Assist clients with structured legal solutions
• Prepare detailed legal reports and analyses
• Support the firm’s international legal advisory work
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience drafting and reviewing US contracts
• Familiarity with cross-border commercial transactions
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Ability to deliver thorough, detail-oriented work
• Commitment to professionalism and sincerity
