Savvy Management Consultancy Services is inviting applications for the position of Junior Legal Associate. This role is ideal for legal professionals seeking experience in contract drafting, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal administration.
Position Details:
• Role: Junior Legal Associate
• Experience: 1–3 Years
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.)
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review commercial contracts, agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), and legal notices
• Assist in corporate secretarial work, including drafting board minutes and general assembly resolutions
• Handle company incorporation, licensing, and amendment procedures with government authorities
• Follow up on administrative and legal procedures with regulatory bodies and syndicates
• Maintain, organize, and update legal department records, contracts, and case files
• Ensure confidentiality and proper management of legal documentation
Skills & Competencies:
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Arabic (essential for drafting and government interactions)
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
• Strong legal drafting and contract review skills
• Ability to translate legal concepts accurately between Arabic and English
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
