Job Description:
Gurinder & Partners is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate. The role offers extensive exposure to civil and criminal litigation, arbitration, commercial advisory work, court appearances, client strategy, drafting, and dispute resolution. The selected candidate will work closely on diverse legal matters across multiple forums in Delhi NCR.

• Qualification: LL.B. (3-Year or 5-Year Course)
Key Responsibilities:
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and other legal forums across Delhi NCR
• Draft pleadings, applications, notices, agreements, and legal opinions
• Assist in litigation strategy, arbitration matters, and client advisory work
• Conduct legal research and case preparation
• Coordinate with clients and manage professional communications
• Support dispute resolution and commercial advisory assignments
• Handle court procedures, filings, and regular appearances
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a reputed university with a strong academic record
• 3–5 years PQE in civil and commercial litigation
• Prior litigation experience across Delhi NCR preferred
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced litigation environment
• Willingness to actively engage in court appearances and procedural work
