Job Description:
Singhania & Partners LLP is inviting applications for its Associate Partner Development Programme (APDP) – Corporate. This is a structured partnership-track opportunity designed for experienced Corporate & M&A lawyers who are ready to progress from Senior/Principal Associate roles towards partnership. Selected candidates will receive direct mentorship from senior partners, clear performance milestones, and a defined pathway to elevation as Associate Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Corporate & M&A transactions independently
• Advise clients on India entry strategies, joint ventures, private equity investments, and general corporate matters
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and interns
• Contribute to business development initiatives, client pitches, seminars, and publications
• Build and maintain client relationships under the APDP framework
• Work closely with partners on strategic client and transaction matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate & M&A, Private Equity, or General Corporate Advisory
• Currently working as a Senior Associate or Principal Associate at a Tier-1 or Tier-2 law firm
• At least 3 years of experience at Senior/Principal Associate level
• Strong transactional drafting and deal management skills
• Experience in FEMA, Companies Act, and cross-border transactions preferred
• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR or Bengaluru
