DSK Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate / Senior Associate in its Labour & Employment practice at the Bengaluru office. The firm is seeking candidates with prior law firm experience and expertise in employment law advisory, compliance, drafting, and dispute resolution matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on employment law matters, including employment contracts, workplace policies, and employment disputes
• Draft and review employment agreements, non-compete clauses, and employee handbooks
• Ensure compliance with labour and employment laws, workplace safety regulations, employee rights, and benefits requirements
• Assist clients in managing employment-related risks and regulatory obligations
• Negotiate settlements in employment disputes
• Facilitate and support mediation between employers and employees
Eligibility & Preference:
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
• Prior law firm experience is mandatory
• Strong understanding of labour and employment laws
• Experience in employment advisory and compliance matters
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and handle complex employment law issues
