A US-based client is seeking applications for the position of Associate – Trademark Prosecution. This opportunity is ideal for dual-qualified lawyers licensed to practice in both India and the United States who are interested in building expertise in US trademark law while working with international clients.

• Role: Associate – Trademark Prosecution
• Practice Area: Intellectual Property (Trademark Law)

• Client: US-Based
• Experience: Fresh Graduates to 2 Years PQE
• Working Hours: US Business Hours
Key Responsibilities:
• Review trademark applications
• Handle end-to-end trademark prosecution matters
• Assist with trademark filing and prosecution processes
• Work on US trademark law matters
• Coordinate and communicate with international clients as required
• Support trademark portfolio management and related legal tasks
Eligibility & Preference:
• Must be licensed to practice law in both India and the United States (any US state)
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years PQE may apply
• Strong interest in Intellectual Property and Trademark Law
• Ability to work during US business hours
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
