Parakram Legal is inviting applications for the positions of Associate – Tax Advisory & Transactions and Senior Associate at its Mumbai office. The firm is looking for detail-oriented, driven professionals interested in working on complex legal, regulatory, tax, and transactional matters across domestic and cross-border mandates.

Position 1: Associate – Tax Advisory & Transactions
• PQE: 1–2 Years
Position 2: Senior Associate
• PQE: 3–4+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
Associate – Tax Advisory & Transactions
• Advise on direct tax matters, including domestic and international taxation
• Handle transaction tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, investments, and restructurings
• Conduct tax structuring and tax research
• Draft tax opinions, memoranda, and advisory notes
• Support corporate and regulatory aspects of transactions
Senior Associate
• Advise on matters under the Companies Act and FEMA
• Work on Venture Capital (VC) and Private Equity (PE) transactions
• Handle mergers and acquisitions matters
• Assist with transaction structuring and related regulatory and tax considerations
