The role involves active court appearances, legal research, drafting, and e-filing across litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft petitions, applications, pleadings, and legal submissions
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis
• Appear before District Courts independently
• Handle court appearances and litigation-related assignments
• Manage e-filing and procedural compliances
• Assist in case strategy and client matters
• Support ongoing litigation work across forums
Eligibility & Preference:
• Minimum 11 months to 3 years of relevant litigation experience
• Strong command over spoken and written English
• Excellent drafting and legal research skills
• Prior experience independently arguing and appearing before District Courts
• Real courtroom exposure is mandatory
• Candidates with a genuine interest in litigation will be preferred

• Freshers and candidates about to graduate are not eligible
• Candidates with less than 11 months of actual litigation experience should not apply
• Experience refers to practical court exposure and not merely the period of enrolment
