Key Responsibilities:
• Handle litigation and dispute resolution matters across various forums
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, written submissions, and legal opinions
• Represent and assist clients in dispute resolution proceedings
• Develop litigation strategies and manage case preparation
• Collaborate with team members on complex legal matters
• Contribute to the growth and development of the firm’s practice
Eligibility & Preference:
• 4–8 years of experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution
• Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage legal matters and client interactions
• Willingness to take ownership and responsibility
• Collaborative approach and strong professional ethics
• Commitment to contributing to a growing practice
