Job Description:
A legal practice is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate (Legal). The role is suited for young lawyers with an interest in Company Law, NCLT matters, and Writ Litigation. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on corporate and constitutional law matters while gaining direct exposure to courts and tribunals.
Details:
• Role: Junior Associate (Legal)
• Experience Required: 0–2 Years
• Qualification: LL.B. / LL.M. Preferred
• Practice Areas: Company Law, NCLT Matters, Writ Litigation
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in handling Company Law matters
• Work on NCLT cases and related proceedings
• Draft writ petitions and related pleadings
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Assist in litigation strategy and court-related work
• Manage assignments within prescribed timelines
Eligibility & Preference:
• 0–2 years of legal experience
• Strong foundation in Company Law
• Hands-on experience with NCLT matters
• Proficiency in writ drafting (High Court and/or Supreme Court matters preferred)
• Excellent legal research and drafting skills
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines
