Key Responsibilities:
• Legal research and case analysis
• Drafting of petitions, applications, and legal documents
• Court appearances and litigation support
• Assisting in matters related to Special Leave Petitions (SLPs) before the Supreme Court of India
• Case preparation and documentation
Eligibility & Skills:
• Law students (final year) or law graduates
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Good communication abilities
• Sound legal acumen
• Motivated and committed to litigation practice
• Interest in Supreme Court litigation preferred
