Job Description:
NyaayDarshak is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Litigation to join its Delhi-based practice from 01 July 2026. The organisation primarily represents women in matters involving gender-based violence, including domestic violence, maintenance, child custody, family law disputes, workplace gender discrimination, and related legal issues.
This opportunity is ideal for litigators seeking meaningful courtroom exposure while contributing to access to justice and gender rights advocacy.

• Experience Required: 1–3 Years
• Remuneration: Up to ₹33,000 per month (plus travel expenses on actuals)
Key Responsibilities:
• Appear regularly before Trial Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court
• Draft petitions, applications, written submissions, and replies
• Interact with clients and assist in case preparation
• Conduct legal research and support litigation strategy
• Handle matters relating to domestic violence, maintenance, child custody, family disputes, workplace discrimination, and other gender-based violence issues
Eligibility & Preference:
• 1–3 years of litigation experience
• Minimum one year of continuous court-based litigation practice
• Ability to join full-time from 01 July 2026
• Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills
• Candidates based in Delhi preferred
