Job Description:
ANB Legal is expanding its Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), and Funds practice and is looking for experienced legal professionals who have worked on live transactions and possess a strong understanding of deal negotiation, structuring, and execution.
Details:
• Role: Associate – PE, VC & Funds Practice
• Organization: ANB Legal
• Experience: 3–5 Years PQE
• Practice Areas: PE, VC, Funds, M&A, Corporate Advisory
• Remuneration: Fixed Component + Performance-Linked Variable Pay
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions
• Conduct due diligence and transaction structuring
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• Assist in fund formation and investment transactions
• Provide general corporate advisory services
• Manage client interactions and support deal execution from inception to closing
Eligibility & Preference:
• Law graduate with 3–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Experience in one or more of the following:
- Private Equity (PE) Transactions
- Venture Capital (VC) Transactions
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Due Diligence
- Transaction Structuring
- General Corporate Advisory
• Experience handling live transactions independently
• Strong commercial understanding and client management skills
• Ability to take ownership of matters and work proactively
