Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in handling cases from inception to resolution
• Conducting extensive legal research and analysis
• Drafting legal opinions, pleadings, and corporate documents
• Managing case strategy and documentation with attention to detail
• Advising on applicable laws, regulations, and legal procedures
• Supporting corporate and commercial legal matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognized university
• Enrolment with any State Bar Council
• 3–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
• Familiarity with legal research tools such as SCC and Manupatra
• In-depth knowledge of Indian laws, regulations, and legal procedures
