Sagar Chandra & Associates is inviting applications from experienced legal professionals for a position within its Intellectual Property (IP) practice. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with substantial experience in IP transactions, portfolio management, compliance, and litigation coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IP-related agreements, including assignment deeds, licensing agreements, coexistence agreements, and NDAs
• Independently managing end-to-end IP transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and execution
• Liaising with associates and internal teams on trademark, copyright, and design litigation matters
• Managing intellectual property portfolios and advising on enforcement and protection strategies
• Advising clients on IP compliance, internal policies, and risk mitigation measures
Eligibility & Preference:
• 7–11 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Strong experience in Intellectual Property Law
• Expertise in IP transactions and portfolio management
• Experience handling trademark, copyright, and design-related matters
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
• Ability to independently manage complex IP assignments
