Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing Title Search Reports (TSR) and Legal Scrutiny Reports (LSR)
• Conducting title chain analysis and title verification
• Examining property-related documents
• Carrying out legal due diligence exercises
• Handling non-litigation legal matters
• Supporting branch-level legal and compliance functions
Eligibility & Preference:
• Advocate qualification is mandatory
• 1–2 years of experience in an NBFC preferred
• Proficiency in English and Bengali is mandatory
• Knowledge of TSR drafting, LSR preparation, title verification, and property due diligence
• Local male candidates with relevant experience will be preferred
