Asraya Legal is inviting applications for its Long-Term Internship Programme for law students seeking meaningful exposure to high-quality legal work and practical training in a professional law firm environment.
This internship offers hands-on experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, corporate advisory, and regulatory matters while working closely with the firm’s legal team on ongoing cases and client mandates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy development
• Draft pleadings, applications, notices, and legal opinions
• Assist in commercial and corporate advisory assignments
• Support arbitration and dispute resolution matters
• Work on regulatory and compliance-related projects
• Assist with court and tribunal-related work, where required
Eligibility Criteria:
• 4th or 5th Year student of a 5-year integrated law programme, or Final Year student of a 3-year LL.B. programme
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Attention to detail and professionalism
• Interest in commercial disputes and corporate law
• Availability for immediate joining
