Job Description:
RSA Law Consultants is expanding its team and inviting applications for 2 Junior Associate positions and 1 Associate position. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals interested in corporate litigation, insolvency, arbitration, and commercial disputes, offering exposure to high-value and complex matters.
Details:
Junior Associate (2 Positions)
• Experience: 1–2 Years
• Relevant internships or exposure to NCLT/NCLAT or arbitration may be considered
Associate (1 Position)
• Experience: 3+ Years PQE
• Experience in corporate litigation and advisory preferred
• Organisation: RSA Law Consultants
• Location: Defence Colony, New Delhi
• Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)
• Remuneration: No upper limit for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting petitions, replies, written statements, rejoinders, statements of claim, statements of defence, and agreements
• Assisting and appearing in matters before NCLT, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, and Arbitral Tribunals
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Advising on insolvency, arbitration, and company law matters
• Handling both litigation and corporate advisory assignments
Eligibility & Preference:
Junior Associates:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong research and drafting skills
• Understanding of IBC, Companies Act, and Arbitration Act
• Exposure to NCLT/NCLAT or arbitration preferred
Associate:
• Minimum 3 years PQE in corporate litigation and advisory
• Hands-on drafting experience
• Strong knowledge of IBC, Company Law, Arbitration, and allied corporate laws
• Ability to independently handle legal matters
Key Skills:
• Excellent legal drafting skills
• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws
• Good communication and research abilities
• Attention to detail and multitasking capability
• Ability to work across litigation and advisory functions
