Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents
• Providing legal advice on corporate and compliance matters
• Handling legal notices, disputes, and litigation support
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Conducting legal research and risk assessments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM preferred)
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• 3–6 years of relevant legal experience
