Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal due diligence exercises
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
• Advising clients on corporate law matters
• Assisting in M&A transactions and corporate advisory assignments
• Providing legal research and analytical support
Eligibility:
• 2–3 years of experience in General Corporate and M&A practice
• Strong understanding of Corporate Law
• Experience in conducting due diligence
• Proficiency in drafting contracts and commercial agreements
• Strong analytical and communication skills
